Okwip's Terms & Conditions — Transparent, simple, and complete

These Terms & Conditions okwip (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and its users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "member") constitute a legal agreement. By registering on okwip or using its services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

We believe transparency is the foundation of a great platform. That's why all of okwip's rules are written in plain language, so every member knows exactly what services they're receiving and what their rights and responsibilities are.

• These Terms are available in both English and Bangla; in the event of any conflict, the Bangla version shall prevail.
• By using okwip's services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
• Registering on behalf of a minor or ineligible person is strictly prohibited.

Registration on okwip is free. However, you must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false details may result in account termination at any time, and all balances may be forfeited.

• One Account Policy: Only one okwip account is permitted per person, household, or address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: Your name, mobile number, email, and date of birth must be accurate. NID or passport may be required during identity verification.
• Password Security: Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for any activity that occurs on your account.
• Account Transfer: Your okwip account cannot be transferred or sold to anyone under any circumstances.
• Information Update: If your personal details change, update them immediately. okwip is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Okwip is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Protecting minors from gambling or betting is our highest priority.

• Providing your date of birth during registration is mandatory.
• No withdrawals will be processed until age verification is complete.
• You may be asked to provide your NID, passport, or birth registration certificate for verification.
• If an underage account is found, all associated transactions will be voided.

Users outside Bangladesh may access okwip, but it is their own responsibility to comply with the betting laws of their respective countries.

Deposits and withdrawals on okwip can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in someone else's name are strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification in the case of suspicious transactions.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. okwip reserves the right to void bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from technical errors.
• In-Play Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will be the ones that apply.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, bets are generally refunded — though rules may vary for specific markets.
• Maximum Win: Certain markets have a maximum single-bet win cap, which will be stated in the market details.
• Bet Review: If unusual betting patterns are detected, okwip may delay a payment pending review.

Okwip regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own specific terms. Reading the relevant bonus terms before claiming any offer is mandatory.

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for the welcome bonus once only. The first deposit must meet the minimum threshold to qualify.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus balance, you will generally need to wager 5x–10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus Abuse: Any manipulation or abuse detected in connection with claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
• Bonus Modification: okwip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okwip. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Allowing others to use your account.
• Placing artificial bets or creating accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Match fixing or any form of unethical betting activity.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Using the okwip name or logo without authorization.

Okwip may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Terms violation — breach of any clause.
• Providing a false identity or inaccurate information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Upon the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any eligible balance will be available to withdraw before the account is closed.

Okwip takes responsible betting very seriously. Betting is meant to be fun — it should never be your primary source of income. We want all our members to enjoy betting in a healthy, balanced way.

• Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limits: Set your own maximum stake per single bet.
• Time Limit: Daily platform usage time limits can be set.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary break (7 days, 1 month, 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion.

If you have a complaint regarding a betting outcome or transaction, please follow the process below:

• Step 1: Submit a detailed complaint via live chat or email within 72 hours of the incident.
• Step 2: The okwip support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
• Investigation: Complex cases will be fully investigated within 7 business days.
• Final Decision: okwip's decisions are final. However, international arbitration is available for major disputes.

All disputes are recorded and the system is improved to prevent recurrence.

Okwip may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice in advance.

• The date and version number of each update will be noted at the top of this page.
• Notices of significant changes will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you have the right to close your account.
